Calcuculate the average mass of an atom selection.

Add explicit hydrogen atoms

Adds explicit hydrogen atoms on atoms with free valences. The addition can be restricted by selection.

Remove explicit hydrogen atoms

Removes explicit hydrogen atoms. The removal can be restricted by selection.
