Structural setting
Show CHx: Show or hide all hydrogen atoms on carbon atoms.
Show X: Show or hide all non bonding electron pairs on hetero atoms.
Atom defaults
Change the defaults for drawing atoms. This settings can also be change under Preferences.
Bond defaults
Change the defaults for drawing bonds. This settings can also be change under Preferences.
Text defaults
Change the defaults for text fields. This settings can also be change under Preferences.
Zoom slider and zoom field
Change zoom by moving the slider or writing a new zoom value. You can also zoom with a pinch guesture.

Very nice program. I would love it if there was a grid system that could be displayed to make it easier for larger symmetric molecules.

Hi Ulrich,
Thank you for your comment on the MoleculeSketch Homepage. I will take your suggestion for a grid system into consideration. The next update (1.4), which is already in preparation, is going to have a tool to make bonds horizontal or vertical by turning the whole molecule. This may also help to align molecules better. If I have some spare time I may even think about implementing an alignment tool.
