With the selection tool (see below, highlighted in green) from the toolbar first select molecules, atoms, bonds or drawings that you wish to mirror horizontally or vertically. Afterwards push the corresponding flip button in the tool bar (highlighted in red). If nothing is selected pushing the flip buttons has no effect.
